Our Director

Dr. Monique Tremblay, C.Psych

Dr. Monique Tremblay (she/her) is a Clinical and Health Psychologist licensed in Ontario, Canada, offering compassionate and evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults.

Dr. Tremblay obtained her M.A. and PhD from Toronto Metropolitan University TMU (formerly Ryerson University) in 2021. Prior to her work in private practice, Dr. Tremblay worked in hospital and community mental health settings, including St. Michael’s Hospital, The Hospital for Sick Children, McMaster Children’s Hospital, and the Reach Out Centre for Kids (ROCK).

As a health psychologist, Dr. Tremblay has received specialized training in assisting individuals coping with chronic health conditions. She provides tailored support for the psychological aspects of managing new diagnoses, navigating complex health regimens, and adapting to ongoing medical needs for both children and adults.

Dr. Tremblay is known for her calm and relaxed approach, and strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can reflect on thoughts and behaviours that may no longer be serving them. She is honoured to support the clients and families she works with, and approaches each therapeutic relationship with respect and empathy. Dr. Tremblay has a special interest in working with children and adults with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), supporting them in building confidence across all aspects of their lives.

Outside of her professional practice, Dr. Tremblay enjoys spending time with her family, reading, playing tennis, and baking. She values balance and personal growth, and brings warmth and authenticity to her work with clients.
